Abstract
Nâzım Hikmet, 1938 yılında görülen Harp Okulu ve Donanma davaları ile 28 yıl 4 ay hapis cezasına mahkûm edilmiştir. Şair, bu nedenle 12 yılı aşkın bir süre aralıksız cezaevinde kalmıştır. Bu iki davanın haksız yargı uygulaması örneği oluşturduğu ve onun boş yere hapiste yattığı tartışmaları bugüne kadar sürmüştür. Bu çalışmanın amacı; anı kitapları ışığında Ali Fuat Cebesoy’un Nâzım Hikmet’in davaları hakkındaki görüşlerini saptamaktır. Araştırmada, nitel araştırma desenlerinden doküman incelemesi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Ali Fuat Cebesoy, Kurtuluş Savaşı’nın kudretli komutanlarından ve Atatürk’ün en yakın arkadaşlarından biridir. Nâzım Hikmet’e kumpas kurulduğunu ve suçsuz yere on beş yıl cezaevinde tutulduğunu savunmuştur. Ona göre Nâzım Hikmet komünist öğretiyi kabul etmiş vatansever ve milliyetperver bir insandır.

Abstract
Nazım Hikmet was sentenced to 28 years and 4 months in prison in the War College and Navy trials in 1938. For this reason, the poet remained in prison for more than 12 years. The discussions that these two cases constitute an example of unfair judicial practice and that he was imprisoned for no reason have continued until today. The aim of this study; The aim is to determine Ali Fuat Cebesoy's views on Nazım Hikmet's cases in the light of his memoirs. In the research, the document analysis method, one of the qualitative research designs, was used. Ali Fuat Cebesoy is one of the mighty commanders of the War of Independence and one of Atatürk's closest friends. He argued that Nâzım Hikmet was conspired and he was imprisoned for fifteen years without guilt. According to him, Nâzım Hikmet is a patriotic and nationalist person who accepted communist teaching.
